Hey, it’s Rosie from Brentwood Beauty!
I hope you’re well and having a lovely summer.
I’m emailing you personally to let you know that there are some big changes happening at Brentwood Beauty in the coming weeks. As one of our most loyal and valued clients, I want you to hear this from me first, before I let everyone know on social media.
Over the last 5 years we have evolved hugely as a brand. From starting as an independent lash technician working in the local sunbed shop, becoming Brentwood Lashes salon, and now growing into Brentwood Beauty; a brand that is committed to creating an unforgettable empowering experience and results that not only support you in looking your best but also feeling your best.
I am so passionate about what we do and I’m so grateful for your loyalty and trust through what has been a very up and down few years. You have supported me and the business through some of my hardest personal and professional times, and the fact that we are still thriving and growing is because of you. For that I will be eternally grateful.
It has come to a time in our journey as a business where I have had to review the treatments we currently offer alongside our growth plans and the direction that I want to take the business in. Sadly this means that we will no longer be offering some of the services that are currently available in the salon, in order to make space for exciting new ones (keep your eyes peeled!). The services that we will be removing from our treatment menu are as follows:
- Manicures & Pedicures from 24th August.
- Lash Extensions and LVL from 14th September.
This means you will not be able to book for any of these services at Brentwood Beauty following the dates listed above. If you have existing appointments already booked in for after these dates, we will be in touch with you directly.
This is not a decision that I have taken lightly as I care immensely about how this may impact you.
The lash technicians and Charlotte will be continuing to work outside Brentwood Beauty from the dates listed above and you are more than welcome to contact them directly to continue having these treatments. I will list their Instagram pages below.
